Requires collaboration among workforce partners including economic development, cities, chambers of commerce, regional planning councils, to prioritize needs and develop initiatives to impact workforce within the region. Solutions must be designed to address workforce needs that were caused or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic A match of 25% percent for the total regional allocation is required.
