15.1-21-18 describes career exploration requirements for public schools.
Students in grades 7-8 are required to either take a nine-week course or participate in an individual consultation regarding career and educational pursuits.
Students are required to complete a career interest inventory at least once in grade 7 or 8, and again in either grade 9 or 10.
